Walnut Blondies

There’s nothing like a warm blondie to rot your teeth! No joke, these sweet brownies are a cavity waiting to happen!

1/2 cup butter (1 stick) – melted
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
dash of salt
1/2 cup toasted walnuts – chopped

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix together butter and brown sugar until creamy, then add egg and vanilla. Lastly, add flour, salt and walnuts. Pour into prepared baking dish. (Batter will be slightly thick)
  3. Bake 30 minutes and enjoy!
